The outcome of the meeting is that we will research various booking systems and organise online demonstrations for those who want them.

Many thanks to Jim Asher and Mike Hoath from Marcham, Lottie Pheasant, Hall manager from Shiplake,  Annette Kilworth from Stewart Hall Brightwell cum Sotwell,  David Marsh from Harwell and Kendra Ingram from Longford Park and everyone else for your input.

Members of several community hall committees shared their expertise and experience on running a community cinema in their halls. Many thanks to Ray Moss from Cropredy Village Hall, Jane Ashe from Bucknell and Christine Underwood from Fringford – and everyone else who chipped in.
