Connected Communities Funding – Apply now!

Does your community group have a project or a great idea to bring people together? This year’s Communities Fund is still open for applications!

This fund is an exciting opportunity for communities to develop and expand activities in their local community that help to achieve the countywide ambition of creating places that support the people of Oxfordshire to live well, reduce isolation, remain fit, live independently and remain healthy for as long as possible in their community.

The Fund is here to support grassroots projects that:

🌟 Create opportunities for older people 50+ and adults with additional needs

🌟 Boost local activities in categories such as: –

  • Community Based Socialising

  • Arts, Culture & Creative
  • Green/Environmental & Outdoor Activities
  • New Skills Learning

💰 Up to £5,000 per project is available
