Freeland Hall is the newly built Village Hall in Freeland. It is situated in the centre of the Village opposite the Yeoman Public House on Wroslyn Road. It was officially opened on 16 September 2011 by Rt Hon David Cameron.
With its heated beech floor, acoustic ceiling and wooden glulam beams it is a great venue for all social and club activities, birthday parties, christenings and weddings. It has a modern well-equipped kitchen in stainless steel, a large storage room and cloakrooms with facilities for the disabled. There is also a special sink for craft activities.
Outside there is parking for approximately 36 cars with disabled spaces situated near the entrance.
At the front of the Hall is a landscaped garden with several bench seats and to the rear is an enclosed landscaped garden with large paved patio area with an attractive outlook over the village playing field.
