Community-led placemaking in action

There is an increasing recognition that new housing developments need on the ground support to help residents put down roots, build bridges with the existing community, and develop projects, groups and organisations to meet local needs, whatever they may be. CFO is delighted to be working with partners across Oxfordshire to help make this happen.

Our approach is based on embedding a community development worker in the new community and helping to bring people together.  Find out more about our on the ground community development projects at Woodstock and Heyford Park.
