The Hall is situated on the main road through Steventon on the corner of the very large Village Green which many hirers use in conjunction with the Hall. The combination of the Hall`s facilities and the large Village Green has enabled it to be approved by Crufts for dog shows.
Many hirers find the combination of the two Halls ideal for large parties with the Millennium Room being used for food and the Main Hall for dancing/music.
The Main Hall seats 210. It has a stage with lighting system, sound system, public address system with induction loop. There is a bar area with refrigerator ,continuous beverage water heater, sink and supplies of crockery. The Hall also has a large serving hatch leading from the kitchen. The Hall benefits from two lighting systems: overhead fluorescent lights which are ideal for meetings etc and wall uplighters which are appropriate for parties etc.
The Main Hall has a sprung dance floor and is extensively used for a number of dancing activities
The Millennium Room seats 60. It has a public address system and induction loop. The bar area is equipped with a refrigerator, continuous beverage water heater, sink and supplies of crockery. The bar area communicates directly with the kitchen. As with the Main Hall the Millennium Room has two lighting systems.

The kitchen has a 6 ring commercial cooker, an electric cooker, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, a deep freeze and twin commercial sinks. In addition there is comprehensive range of stainless steel tables and a heated food storage unit. The kitchen communicates directly with both Halls.
The large Foyer is often used for events such as craft fairs in conjunction with the Halls. It provides access to male, female and disabled toilets which also has a baby changing unit.
Both Halls and the Foyer have non chemical air purifying systems installed.
