The Connected Communities Fund (CCF) returns for its 4th year, thanks to funding from Oxfordshire County Council, with £270,000 available to award to charitable organisations and community groups.

For more information & how to apply, take a look at the OCVA website page here: Connected Communities Fund – Oxfordshire Community & Voluntary Action

CCF is a partnership between OCVA, Community First Oxfordshire, and Oxfordshire County Council to support The Oxfordshire Way, a countywide vision to help people live well and independently in their communities for as long as possible. It’s all about building resilience, reducing isolation, and creating opportunities for people to stay active, connected, and supported close to home.

Whether you’re helping people stay active, reduce isolation, learn new skills, or simply connect with others this fund is here to support you.

Last year, 73 community initiatives received support across Oxfordshire, in a wide range of activities, see how some of last year’s funded projects helped reduce isolation and strengthened local connections here: Connected Communities Fund Archives – Oxfordshire Community & Voluntary Action

This year, for Connected Communities Fund round 4, we’re offering grants of up to £5,000 and support for grassroots organisations with projects that help people in Oxfordshire to live well, stay active, and remain connected in their communities.
