Increasingly, community-led stewardship is being cited as the cornerstone of better development, and that by bringing residents, developers and Local Authorities together, we create places that help people to live more healthy, sustainable and fulfilling lives.

We facilitate discussions and negotiations with key stakeholders, including the community, the Local Planning Authority, developers, and landowners. We advise on planning, financial regimes, and provide expert guidance on the scope, scale, and phasing of assets.
In addition to advising on asset transfers and management charges, we can also support with the drafting of governing documents.
We help to develop organisational and legal structures, create community development strategies, and identify local pioneers.
