Tom is a community development specialist who supports organisations, individuals, and community groups interested in planning, placemaking, and stewardship. Tom has led major research projects for public and private sector clients, including Oxfordshire County Council, Cherwell and Vale of White Horse District Councils, and Blenheim Estate.
Fiona is a Rural Housing Enabler and leads our community-led housing support Hub -Collaborative Housing – and supports parish councils to provide affordable housing for their communities. With over thirty years of experience managing and delivering affordable housing through Housing Associations and Local Authorities, she is an accredited CLH Advisor through the Institute of Housing.
Stephen has worked in planning and development for over thirty years, on everything from major regeneration schemes to small community projects. As a qualified Chartered Town Planner and Chartered Surveyor, he has in-depth knowledge of the planning system. He is also an elected Borough Councillor in Surrey and serves on the Planning Committee.
Simon is the Chief Executive of the London Development Trust which provides social sustainability services on the Woodberry Down, Acton Gardens, and Grand Union housing regeneration. He is the owner of the social regeneration consultancy Independent Means Ltd and has worked with large housing developers across London and Kent.
Camilla is Chief Executive of Wild Oxfordshire, a charity seeking to create a more natural, resilient, and biodiverse Oxfordshire for the benefit of all. Wild Oxfordshire bring people together to take action for nature and collaborate with numerous individuals, communities, and organisations, offering expertly curated and inspiring information, bespoke advice, and nature-based solutions.
Russell is Managing Director of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust’s Ecological Consultancy, Future Nature Wildlife Trust Consultancy. Russell has experience and expertise in creating, delivering and maintaining habitats to enhance biodiversity, and green spaces that reconnect people with nature. For the previous fourteen years, Russell worked in Green Infrastructure, helping to create sustainable habitats through urban greening initiatives.
Gary is founding director of Place 54 Architects and chartered member of RIBA with 40 years’ experience as a masterplanner and architect. Formerly with Farrells from 1980 to 1995, he was design lead for award winning heritage mixed use regeneration projects such as at Comyn Ching Triangle, Covent Garden, now listed 30 years later, and Brindley Place, Birmingham.
Winner of the Oxfordshire Property Festival Young Person of the Year, Hannah is the Founder and Director of edge Urban Design. She has over 15 years of experience across all sectors from housing to education, retail, and commercial masterplanning, and in Architecture, Landscape Architecture and Urban Design, in both rural and urban settings.
David Alcock is Partner at Anthony Collins Solicitors and has led the firm’s social business team since 2015. David has been developing stewardship models with developers, local authorities, and communities since the early 1990s. David and his team advise on governance structures, planning issues, service charges and all the legal issues involved with stewardship.
Paula is a socioeconomic regeneration professional experienced in working strategically and operationally with communities and alongside large-scale housing regeneration. The CEO of CEO and Founder of Socioeconomics, a London based consultancy, she develops cross sector partnerships to facilitate sustainable models of local delivery and increased social impact. Paula has over 20 years’ experience in the sector and is also a Board Trustee for the London Development Trust.
