Planning Applications

We support communities to develop and deliver responses to planning applications submitted by developers, landowners and other stakeholders. Our team of RTPI-accredited planning experts can support you with:

• Preparation: We’ll work with you to scope and prepare planning applications, carefully reviewing policy and specific site matters.
• Representation: We make expert representations on your behalf to the Local Authority.
• Stakeholder Engagement: We will facilitate community consultations that help to clarify concerns and visions for the process.
• Project Management: Our team of specialists will handle the development management process, including the commissioning of studies and the coordination of specialist input, for example, heritage and ecology.
• Expert Consultation: We’ll provide expert advice throughout the process and help identify and resolve potential obstacles.

Planning Obligations

We support communities across Oxfordshire to navigate the often-complicated processes, procedures and requirements of the planning system.

• Planning & Negotiation: We coordinate and help develop an agreed vision for essential community facilities. Organising community consultations, we share critical feedback and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure residents’ needs are met.
• Obligations: We’ll work with you to draft input to S106 planning obligations, ensure policy compliance, and help monitor S106 and CIL spending.
• Third-Party Impact: We identify possible impacts of development, provide expert advice to any third parties affected, and help create and implement solutions.

Planning Appeals

• Preparing evidence for policy objections.
